Real Estate Acquisition Manager – Full-Time | UAE-Based (Arabic Speaker)

Shape the Future of Real Estate Investment in Dubai
Slice is seeking a driven and experienced Real Estate Acquisition Manager to lead our property sourcing and acquisition strategy in Dubai. You’ll be at the forefront of identifying and securing high-potential assets in prime locations, forming strategic partnerships, and driving investment decisions that align with our mission to democratize real estate.

If you have deep market knowledge, a solid network in the UAE real estate scene, and a passion for transforming property investment, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and negotiate high-value real estate deals in prime areas including Dubai Marina, JVC, Downtown, Business Bay, and Palm Jumeirah.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top developers (e.g., Emaar, Nakheel, Damac), agents, and property brokers.

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis of property trends, yields, and emerging opportunities.

  • Oversee the full due diligence process—ensuring legal, financial, and strategic alignment with Slice’s investment framework.

  • Represent Slice at real estate expos, networking events, and industry forums to expand our presence and influence in the Dubai property market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, preferably within the Dubai market.

  • In-depth knowledge of RERA regulations, Dubai real estate laws, and registration processes.

  • Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in closing high-value property deals.

  • Well-connected within Dubai’s real estate industry—developers, brokers, and regulatory bodies.

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).

  • Must be based in the UAE.
