Scoutr AI is looking for a motivated Account Manager to join a fast-growing PropTech company. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction with the platform, and identifying opportunities for growth within accounts. You will work closely with clients to help them maximize the value they derive from the platform, while also driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned clients, serving as their primary point of contact

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow client accounts

Collaborate with product and support teams for smooth onboarding and feature adoption

Deliver performance reviews and ensure clients get maximum value from the platform

Maintain CRM hygiene and track engagement and revenue growth through reporting
Key Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in account management, client success, or sales

Experience in SaaS, tech, or property sectors is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-starter with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments

Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce and basic analytics
