Job Title: Front Desk Administrator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Front Desk Administrator / Office Assistant to join our team and ensure seamless daily operations. Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members in a professional and courteous manner.

Manage incoming phone calls and emails; respond to general inquiries or forward to the relevant departments.

Carry out day-to-day office tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.

Assist with document preparation and provide administrative support to internal departments.

Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies; place orders when necessary.

Keep the front desk area and common office spaces tidy and well-organized.

Help schedule meetings, manage deliveries, and handle mail (incoming and outgoing).

Contribute to the preparation of reports and internal documentation as needed.
Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role (preferred).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable using basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Capable of multitasking and prioritizing duties efficiently.

Friendly, professional demeanor with a can-do attitude.
