Drydocks World is hiring an experienced Assistant Manager – Public Relations and Media to develop and implement effective communication strategies that enhance the company’s brand presence across both online and offline platforms.
This role involves managing media relations, creating impactful content, and supporting internal and external promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate will be creative, strategic, and capable of handling PR crises with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies

Strengthen the company’s presence through digital and traditional media channels

Manage media relations and handle press inquiries

Draft press releases, speeches, and event-related content

Coordinate with event teams for fairs, conferences, and internal communications

Support promotional campaigns and content planning

Lead internal and external survey initiatives; analyze and report on public opinion

Provide communication support during PR crises and attend specialized crisis training sessions
Qualifications:

Proven experience in PR, media relations, and content development

Strong writing, editing, and communication skills

Strategic thinker with the ability to handle high-pressure situations

Experience with survey tools and data analysis is a plus

Previous exposure to large-scale events and promotional planning is desirable
