DP World, a global leader in logistics and trade, is hiring a Group SVP Strategy & Transformation to lead high-impact strategic initiatives across the organization. This executive-level role involves shaping corporate strategy, driving transformation programs, ensuring financial excellence, and aligning key projects with the company’s long-term vision. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, leadership experience, and a background in corporate finance, strategy, or consulting within large multinational organizations.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution: Align business functions with strategic priorities, track KPIs, and drive operational and financial efficiency.

Transformation Projects: Oversee major initiatives, new business incubation, and cross-functional partnerships.

Program, Project & Financial Management: Ensure effective governance, resource management, risk mitigation, and cost control for strategic projects.

Financial Reporting & Performance Management: Deliver accurate financial reports, trend analyses, and dashboards for leadership and board meetings.

Executive & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison between Group Deputy CEO/CFO and stakeholders, managing communication and aligning strategic agendas.

Operational Excellence & Change Management: Implement process improvements, support crisis management, and lead change across functions.

Leadership & Team Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing team, cultivate a performance-driven culture, and promote collaboration.
Job Context:
This is a high-paced, strategic leadership role with substantial exposure to executive decision-making, requiring a proactive mindset, organizational leadership, and the ability to manage confidential and high-stakes initiatives.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Strategy, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 10 years’ experience in corporate finance, strategic consulting, or project management.

Proven experience managing strategic projects and working directly with C-level leadership.

Strong background in financial reporting, investment planning, and business analysis.
