Junior Accountant & Front Office Executive | Dubai

Job Overview:

We are hiring a Junior Accountant & Front Office Executive to handle both financial operations and front desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess basic accounting knowledge and strong communication skills to ensure smooth office administration and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.

• Manage accounts payable/receivable and perform bank reconciliations.

• Prepare financial statements, invoices, and support tax filings.

• Handle petty cash and employee reimbursements efficiently.

• Assist in payroll processing and end-of-month financial closings.

• Maintain organized financial documents and support audit procedures.

• Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) for all entries and reporting.

Front Office Duties:

• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and front desk correspondence.

• Manage office calendars, appointments, and meeting coordination.

• Maintain office supply inventory and oversee front desk organization.

• Assist in general admin tasks like data entry, filing, and document preparation.

• Provide support to HR and management in routine clerical functions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration.

• 0–2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Indian nationality preferred; male candidates encouraged to apply.

AED 1,800 – 2,500 per month
