Three.js Developer – Full-Time (UAE-Based)

Position Summary:
Al Wadyat Financing Broker Co. is seeking a skilled and imaginative Three.js Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building visually stunning, interactive 3D web experiences that push creative and technical boundaries. Your work will play a key role in enhancing user engagement and delivering innovative digital solutions for fintech and blockchain-driven platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain real-time, interactive 3D web applications using Three.js.

• Design immersive 3D environments, models, animations, and visual effects.

• Optimize 3D assets for performance across web platforms.

• Collaborate with designers and backend developers for seamless integration.

• Implement intuitive user interactions, including camera controls and lighting setups.

• Troubleshoot and debug rendering issues and performance bottlenecks.

• Keep current with the latest trends in WebGL and interactive 3D development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Three.js.

• Strong knowledge of WebGL, GLSL shaders, and 3D graphics fundamentals.

• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

• Experience working with common 3D formats (GLTF, FBX, OBJ).

• Understanding of 3D math concepts and animation principles.

• Familiarity with asset optimization techniques and performance best practices.

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with physics engines like Cannon.js or Ammo.js.

• Familiarity with 3D modeling or texturing tools (e.g., Blender, Maya).

• Knowledge of interactive media, gaming, or AR/VR development.

• Insight into rendering optimization and memory management.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging capabilities.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

• A keen eye for design, detail, and user experience.

• Ability to adapt and innovate in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Multimedia Technology, Game Development, or related fields.

• Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
