Inspire Selection is hiring a Vendor Contracts Manager for a leading healthcare organization in Dubai. The role is responsible for managing third-party vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial and contract management, with the ability to lead bidding processes and drive value for the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage third-party vendors and ensure contracts meet business needs.

• Negotiate contracts, monitor vendor performance, and ensure compliance with SLAs.

• Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues.

• Work closely with procurement, legal, and finance teams to optimize vendor agreements.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in contract management, vendor negotiations, and commercial agreements.

• Strong understanding of bidding processes and contract writing.

• Ability to assess vendor performance and drive continuous improvements.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus but not required.
