Hyatt is seeking an Assistant Manager Events Planning for their Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights. The role focuses on assisting with the efficient running of the events planning department, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional service for clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in running the events planning department in line with Hyatt’s corporate strategies and brand standards.

  • Exceed events and sales targets set in monthly and yearly forecasts.

  • Maximize hotel revenue and profits across all departments (rooms, food & beverage, and events).

  • Plan, organize, and deliver proposals that win business for Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role.

  • Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
