We are seeking a proactive and bilingual Community Engagement & Social Media Specialist fluent in English and Arabic to join our digital marketing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a social media-savvy professional who can build strong online communities, manage day-to-day engagement, and schedule optimized content across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement & Management:

Actively monitor and respond to messages, comments, and tags across social media platforms.

Maintain a consistent brand voice while handling inquiries, feedback, and interactions.

Escalate customer service issues, sales leads, and collaboration requests to relevant departments or clients.

Track audience sentiment and report key insights to improve engagement strategies.

Identify potential PR concerns early and manage them professionally.
Content Scheduling & Publishing:

Schedule and publish content across social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).

Write optimized captions, select relevant hashtags, apply alt tags, tag collaborators, and add geolocation when applicable.

Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align content with overall campaign goals.

Monitor content performance and recommend improvements.
Analytics & Reporting:

Provide regular reports on community sentiment, engagement trends, and FAQs.

Analyze performance data to drive actionable insights and improve overall strategy.
Desired Profile:

Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).

1–5 years of experience in community management, social media marketing, or digital engagement.

Solid understanding of major social platforms and their management tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Manager, etc.).

Strong written communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
