NOMAC is looking for a Supply Chain Systems Manager to lead initiatives for enhancing supply chain systems and processes. The role will focus on digitalization, process outsourcing, and driving continuous improvement in efficiency and transparency across the supply chain function. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain operations, project management, and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategy and Plans: Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.

Digitalization: Lead digital initiatives for procurement, focusing on automation and process efficiency.

Supply Chain Process Outsourcing: Manage outsourced service provider performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs and resolving any issues.

Process Improvement: Lead process improvement projects using methodologies like Six Sigma, BPI, and FPx to enhance business operations.

Collaboration: Work closely with procurement heads, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and adoption of changes.
Requirements:

Experience: 10-12 years in supply chain management, process development, and implementation.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Materials Management, or related fields.

Skills:
-
Expertise in SAP (Jaggaer experience is a plus).

Strong understanding of procurement processes and KPIs.
-
Hands-on project management experience with ERP and Planning solutions.

Ability to lead change in a matrixed organization.

Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in leading global system implementations and managing process improvement initiatives.
