The candidate will also assist in marketing and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate catering staff; ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

  • Client Relations: Communicate with clients to understand event needs, coordinate menu planning, and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Operational Management: Oversee food production, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

  • Event Planning and Execution: Collaborate with event planners, manage event timelines, and supervise catering operations during events.

  • Financial Management: Assist in budgeting, monitor costs, and track revenue/expenses.

  • Marketing and Business Development: Implement marketing strategies and build relationships with potential clients.

  • Quality Control: Ensure food and beverage quality, conduct regular quality checks.

  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain client records, handle contracts, invoicing, and prepare reports.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong experience in catering operations and event management.
