Americana Restaurants is looking for an FP&A Data Analyst to manage the annual budget, monthly forecast, and variance analysis for rental expenditure across all stores. The role also involves supporting financial analysis related to lease contract renewals and feasibility studies for prospective projects. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and business planning, ensuring strong financial oversight across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out reviews of Operating Expenses and Capital Expenses, identifying risks and opportunities.

• Align monthly forecasts and support financial analysis for lease contract renewals.

• Develop and manage granular visibility by Business Unit (BU) and Store.

• Create dashboards and automate financial reporting processes.

• Manage the Finance Business Calendar, ensuring execution of routines in countries.

• Participate in P&L review meetings with Functions and Countries.

• Handle ad-hoc requests and contribute to the annual budgeting process and related presentations.

Candidate Requirements:

• MBA/CA/ACCA/CIMA or a Master’s degree in a related field (Commerce, Finance).

• Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in an FP&A or Management accounting role.

• Strong understanding of financial accounting procedures and best practices.

• Experience with ERP systems like Oracle, SAP BI, and Hyperion.

• Operational understanding of the restaurant business is a plus.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to build complex financial models.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with senior management.
