Agile Consultants is seeking a Technology Manager to lead the technical evolution of a pharma platform in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role focuses on platform architecture, AI/ML integration, and data engineering to enhance functionality and scalability within the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will manage platform upgrades, implement AI-driven solutions, and lead a team of engineers and data scientists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the architecture, design, and optimization of the pharma platform.

• Lead the technical roadmap for platform upgrades and rewrites to improve functionality and scalability.

• Research, implement, and evaluate cutting-edge AI/ML technologies to enhance platform capabilities.

• Develop AI-driven solutions to address complex business challenges in pharma.

• Establish robust data pipelines and ensure data quality and integrity.

• Identify opportunities to monetize platform data and create strategies for its execution.

• Build and lead a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Expertise in platform architecture, design, and development.

• Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, C++) and data engineering tools (SQL, Hadoop, Spark).

• In-depth knowledge of AI/ML algorithms and applications in the healthcare or pharma sector.

• Experience in data analysis, modeling, and visualization.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Knowledge of pharma industry regulations, compliance requirements, and data privacy/security best practices.

Salary: Up to AED 15,000 per month
