Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. This mid-level role is ideal for a results-driven digital marketer with a solid understanding of online marketing strategies and hands-on experience in executing successful campaigns across digital channels.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about all things digital, data-driven, and creative, with a knack for turning insights into impactful marketing actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across web, SEO/SEM, social media, email, and display advertising channels.

  • Design and maintain the company’s presence across all major social media platforms.

  • Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, analyzing against key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).

  • Identify digital trends, customer insights, and market shifts to optimize marketing spend and campaign effectiveness.

  • Brainstorm and implement innovative growth strategies and digital experiments.

  • Create and optimize landing pages and user journeys in collaboration with internal teams.

  • Analyze end-to-end customer experiences across multiple digital touchpoints to improve funnel performance.

  • Pinpoint drop-off points in conversion funnels and optimize accordingly.

  • Work closely with external agencies and vendors for campaign execution and performance tracking.

  • Evaluate and adopt emerging digital tools and technologies for campaign enhancement.

  • Act as a thought leader by contributing new ideas and perspectives to the marketing strategy.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field

  • 3 to 6 years of proven experience in digital marketing within a relevant industry

  • Experience managing SEO/SEM, database marketing, social media, email, and paid campaigns

  • Knowledge of landing page and funnel optimization techniques

  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing

  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytics platforms

  • Familiarity with ad-serving tools and PPC campaign management

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
