EDGE, through its Trading & Mission Support (TMS) cluster, is hiring a Contract-Based HRBP Manager to provide both strategic and operational HR support. TMS delivers vital logistics, supply, training, operations, and manpower support to military, public safety, and civil defense forces.
In this role, you will work closely with business leaders to drive HR strategies, manage performance systems, oversee compliance and employee relations, and support training, engagement, and organizational change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Support implementation of HR strategies aligned with the business vision

Act as a liaison for HR queries and resolve employee relations matters

Assist with performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans

Maintain employee records via HRIS and ensure legal compliance
-
Support compensation, benefits, and leave policy administration
-
Coordinate employee training, workshops, and succession planning
-
Organize and analyze employee engagement initiatives and surveys
Education & Experience Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
-
12+ years of HR experience, ideally as an HR Generalist or similar capacity
-
Strong knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor laws
-
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills

Experience handling sensitive/confidential data with discretion

Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:

HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP)

Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Familiarity with HR analytics and report generation
