  • Big Ticket is seeking an Insight Manager to drive the business’s consumer insight capabilities. This hands-on role will focus on managing primary research, developing consumer segmentations, evaluating marketing effectiveness, and providing strategic insights for business growth. The successful candidate will lead efforts to create a consumer insight practice, ensuring data and insights are used effectively in decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver insight solutions to address business challenges and briefs.

  • Establish and manage primary research (qualitative and quantitative) to support strategic initiatives.

  • Develop and evolve consumer segmentation strategies based on behavioral and attitudinal insights.

  • Design and manage tracking systems to measure consumer participation and business performance.

  • Produce data-driven insight reviews for strategic planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.

  • Assess marketing, product, and channel effectiveness through analytical solutions.

  • Collaborate with finance and marketing teams to build a sales attribution model.

  • Utilize consumer data and insights to optimize business strategies and performance.

  • Support the evolution of technology to enhance consumer insight capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a holistic insight role in a B2C business, preferably with senior management collaboration.

  • Experience in sectors such as gaming, financial services, tourism, media/entertainment, or telecoms is advantageous.

  • Background in retail or digital businesses with a focus on consumer engagement via social media or digital marketing.

  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to handle large datasets (Excel, Tableau, SQL, Python, etc.).

  • Experience in ROI modeling and customer lifetime analysis.

  • Ability to design and implement primary research through digital means.

  • Experience with segmentation design and its implementation within business teams.

  • Expertise in conducting desk research, cultural trend analysis, and PESTLE analysis.

  • Skilled in reporting and KPI generation for commercial management.
