Big Ticket is seeking an Insight Manager to drive the business’s consumer insight capabilities. This hands-on role will focus on managing primary research, developing consumer segmentations, evaluating marketing effectiveness, and providing strategic insights for business growth. The successful candidate will lead efforts to create a consumer insight practice, ensuring data and insights are used effectively in decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver insight solutions to address business challenges and briefs.

Establish and manage primary research (qualitative and quantitative) to support strategic initiatives.

Develop and evolve consumer segmentation strategies based on behavioral and attitudinal insights.

Design and manage tracking systems to measure consumer participation and business performance.

Produce data-driven insight reviews for strategic planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.

Assess marketing, product, and channel effectiveness through analytical solutions.

Collaborate with finance and marketing teams to build a sales attribution model.
-
Utilize consumer data and insights to optimize business strategies and performance.

Support the evolution of technology to enhance consumer insight capabilities.
Qualifications:
-
Experience in a holistic insight role in a B2C business, preferably with senior management collaboration.

Experience in sectors such as gaming, financial services, tourism, media/entertainment, or telecoms is advantageous.

Background in retail or digital businesses with a focus on consumer engagement via social media or digital marketing.

Strong data analysis skills and ability to handle large datasets (Excel, Tableau, SQL, Python, etc.).

Experience in ROI modeling and customer lifetime analysis.

Ability to design and implement primary research through digital means.

Experience with segmentation design and its implementation within business teams.
-
Expertise in conducting desk research, cultural trend analysis, and PESTLE analysis.
-
Skilled in reporting and KPI generation for commercial management.
