• Winters Instruments, a global leader in industrial instrumentation, is seeking an initiative-taking and driven Project Coordinator to support both the presales and post-sales business cycle. The role involves managing industrial projects, providing technical product support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective project execution and documentation control. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive compensation package, including base salary and uncapped commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold Winters’ core values.

• Execute industrial projects, including product selection, proposal preparation, and technical clarifications.

• Manage large project orders and documentation control.

• Oversee presales and post-sales activities, including logistics and order processing.

• Provide technical support and product advice to customers.

• Issue and evaluate corrective action reports (C.A.R.) as needed.

• Collaborate with regional teams to identify new sales opportunities and partners.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Engineering degree in Instrumentation, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.

• Strong understanding of industrial instrumentation, particularly pressure and temperature.

• 2-3 years of experience in proactive inside sales within the instrumentation or industrial industry.

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

• Self-starter with a strong work ethic, driven to succeed
