Winters Instruments, a global leader in industrial instrumentation, is seeking an initiative-taking and driven Project Coordinator to support both the presales and post-sales business cycle. The role involves managing industrial projects, providing technical product support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective project execution and documentation control. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive compensation package, including base salary and uncapped commission structure.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and uphold Winters’ core values.

Execute industrial projects, including product selection, proposal preparation, and technical clarifications.

Manage large project orders and documentation control.

Oversee presales and post-sales activities, including logistics and order processing.
-
Provide technical support and product advice to customers.

Issue and evaluate corrective action reports (C.A.R.) as needed.

Collaborate with regional teams to identify new sales opportunities and partners.
Qualifications:
-
Diploma or Engineering degree in Instrumentation, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
-
Strong understanding of industrial instrumentation, particularly pressure and temperature.
-
2-3 years of experience in proactive inside sales within the instrumentation or industrial industry.

Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

Self-starter with a strong work ethic, driven to succeed
