The Manager of Faculty Affairs is responsible for overseeing faculty administrative processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in alignment with HCT’s strategic objectives. The role includes managing faculty manpower, onboarding, workload management, performance reviews, and professional development, while ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and fostering a positive faculty experience.
Responsibilities:

Contribute to the development and implementation of faculty affairs strategies in alignment with HCT’s system-wide strategy.

Support long-term planning for faculty manpower, adjunct faculty development, and Emiratization policies.

Collaborate with HR and academic leadership to enhance faculty professional development pathways.

Manage faculty recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, contract updates, and credential verifications.

Coordinate and oversee faculty-related events, reward programs, and academic engagement activities.

Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and faculty policies.

Oversee faculty performance appraisals, career progression, and professional development.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in faculty management, HR, or academic operations.

Strong understanding of higher education policies, accreditation standards, and faculty governance.

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with HR and academic departments.

Experience in mentoring, coaching, and leading a team.
