fäm Properties Dubai is seeking an organized and proactive Assistant Project Manager to support their Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team. This role involves assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of various construction projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with the Project Manager and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth project operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.

Support the Project Manager in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.

Monitor and report on project performance, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors for effective communication and workflow.

Help manage project risks, issues, and change requests to meet quality standards.

Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations.

Attend site visits, project meetings, and client briefings.

Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a PMC environment.

Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
-
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Preferred Skills:

PMP certification or other relevant project management qualifications.

Experience in large-scale construction projects.
