Visa is seeking a Consultant – Client Success to join their team in Dubai. This individual contributor role will focus on Visa’s Fintech clients in the GCC region. The Consultant will manage post-sale client relationships, support Visa product implementations, and help optimize client performance. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance client experience, product adoption, and ensure the successful delivery of Visa’s services.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Visa product implementations for clients, ensuring timely adoption and maximizing value.

Build strong relationships with clients, aligning with the Account Team to meet client goals.

Proactively engage with clients to ensure adoption and performance of Visa products.

Stay updated on Visa payment solutions, trends, and technologies to enhance the client experience.

Provide educational materials and webinars for clients to ensure readiness and compliance.

Manage escalations, resolve client issues, and support operational reviews.

Drive client performance improvements through proactive monitoring and collaboration with Visa teams.
Candidate Requirements:

Knowledge of the payment industry, including VisaNet processing and regulatory environments.

Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical terms to clients.

Ability to prioritize and work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
-
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.

Willingness to travel frequently within the GCC region.
-
Experience in client/customer success, project management, or related fields is a plus.
