Job Title: Procurement Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Procurement Specialist with a strong background in branded cosmetics and perfumes, particularly within the luxury segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing the procurement of premium cosmetic and fragrance products, ensuring a stable supply chain and optimal inventory levels.
You will work closely with both domestic and international brand owners and suppliers, managing relationships, negotiating terms, and aligning procurement strategies with market trends and business goals. Familiarity with luxury brands such as DIOR and Chanel is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Source and procure branded cosmetics and perfumes, ensuring stable supply and efficient supply chain operations

Communicate and negotiate with global and local suppliers and brand owners to secure favorable terms and pricing

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, especially in luxury brands like DIOR, Chanel, and other high-end cosmetic labels

Develop and implement procurement plans based on inventory status and market demand

Coordinate delivery schedules, logistics, and transportation to ensure timely arrivals

Analyze procurement data and industry trends to provide actionable recommendations and optimize purchasing strategies
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetics, International Trade, or a related field

3+ years of procurement experience, preferably in branded cosmetics and perfumes

Strong industry connections and familiarity with international procurement processes for luxury brands

Excellent negotiation and communication skills; able to work independently

Highly responsible, proactive, and a collaborative team player

Fluent in English, with strong written and email communication skills
