Operations Manager

  • Al Fan Emirates is hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize operations across its five retail branches. Based in Ajman, the role requires expertise in retail operations, warehouse management, and inventory control, as well as a strong leadership approach to manage multi-site branch performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations across all branches, ensuring adherence to company policies and operational standards

  • Conduct regular branch visits to assess performance and resolve operational challenges

  • Manage warehouse logistics, inventory levels, and stock transfers between branches

  • Implement inventory control measures to prevent stockouts and overstock

  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Marketing teams to maintain cross-functional alignment

  • Lead and mentor branch managers and staff, ensuring operational goals are met

  • Analyze performance metrics and develop strategies for operational improvement

  • Generate and deliver regular reports on inventory, branch operations, and KPIs

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations management (preferably retail sector)

  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field (preferred)

  • Immediate availability to join

  • Willingness to travel across company branches

This is a full-time, on-site position offering a hands-on leadership role in a growing retail company. Suitable candidates will be based in Ajman or nearby and capable of managing dynamic operational needs.
