Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company’s goals.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure fiscal health.

• Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

• Lead financial planning and analysis to support business expansion and investment opportunities.

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost control initiatives to optimize financial performance.

• Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations, accounting standards, and corporate governance.

• Identify and mitigate financial risks while ensuring long-term business sustainability.

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred).

• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior finance role.

• Strong expertise in financial regulations, reporting standards, and tax compliance in the UAE.

• Prior experience in real estate, construction, or trading industries is highly desirable.

• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
