CMA CGM GREECE SA is looking for a Ports & Terminals (P&T) Procurement Manager to join their Dubai Regional Office (DRO). This role involves managing procurement and supplier relationships for the assigned portfolio, establishing annual budgets, conducting market research, and developing sourcing strategies. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cost-effective deployment of assets, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance. The role requires strong expertise in ports and terminal operations, shipping, logistics, and supplier relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:

Establish and manage the annual budget for the portfolio, ensuring value through sourcing and optimization initiatives.

Develop and manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring effective contract negotiations.

Analyze current spend patterns, identify cost drivers, and uncover opportunities for cost savings and value generation.

Conduct market research to identify potential risks and opportunities, developing appropriate category strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop sourcing strategies.

Lead creative workshops with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive results in identified initiatives.
-
Monitor supplier performance and ensure contractual values are being met.
-
Support leadership teams in implementing global standards and improving synergies.

Manage supplier relationship programs and enhance professionalization within the portfolio.

Ensure effective communication with senior stakeholders and execute procurement strategies in a high-paced environment.
Skills Required:
-
7-10 years of experience in Container Terminals, Ports, Shipping, or Logistics in a Procurement, Operations, or Commercial capacity.

Strong English communication skills; French is a plus.

Expertise in ports and terminals operations, liner shipping operations.
-
Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.

Knowledge of Category Management, Supplier Relationship Management, and financial analysis.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), with PowerBI and dashboards being an added advantage.

Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and resolve conflicts effectively.
Preferred Experience:

Experience in project management, handling ambiguity in a dynamic and complex environment.

Knowledge of commercial contracts, concession agreements, and legal aspects of procurement.
Additional Qualifications:

Ability to travel internationally in line with business requirements.
