Development Manager

The Development Manager will actively participate in the development process, ensuring compliance with cost and quality standards. This role involves conducting market research, defining project requirements, overseeing budgets, and managing project execution to meet BEYOND’s ultra-luxury real estate benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Concept Phase Participation: Shape ideas for ultra-luxury real estate projects with the Design team and provide feedback on feasibility.

  • Feasibility Studies: Conduct studies to evaluate market demand, competition, trends, and ensure alignment with ultra-luxury standards.

  • Cost and Revenue Projections: Build cost and revenue reports by analyzing pricing strategies and revenue streams.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks (market fluctuations, delays) and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Project Monitoring: Ensure projects stay on track by conducting regular reviews and managing cost control.

  • Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Maintain communication with consultants, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project budgets and quality standards.

  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with health and safety regulations during construction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Real Estate Evaluation.

  • 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in ultra-luxury real estate projects.

Skills Required:

  • Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, Microsoft Office, Aigus Developer, InDesign, BlueBeam, and Acrobat PRO.

  • Excellent communication and team management skills.

  • Strong abilities in time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
