Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel, a part of The Luxury Collection by Marriott International, is hiring an Assistant Manager to join their team in Dubai. This on-site, full-time role focuses on maintaining high standards of hospitality, guest satisfaction, and team leadership in a luxury hotel setting.

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, support staff performance, maintain quality service, and uphold the hotel’s luxury standards. Responsibilities include supervising dining room operations, managing inventory, monitoring staff grooming and conduct, assisting in hiring and training, and ensuring guest service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise service teams to ensure consistent quality and guest satisfaction

• Perform opening/closing duties, monitor inventory and requisitions

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, hygiene, and grooming standards

• Address guest needs professionally and efficiently

• Support team training, performance evaluation, and motivation

• Maintain a positive work environment and resolve operational issues promptly

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of related hospitality experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory role

• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, guest service, and problem-solving abilities

• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and move through confined spaces
