BeyondTrust is seeking a Technical Account Manager to collaborate with strategic customers and provide technical and operational expertise. The role focuses on post-sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving product enhancements, and supporting the long-term success of key accounts.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

Provide business, technical, and product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction

Educate clients on product features and functionalities to contribute to business growth

Complete Technical Product Assessments and oversee product upgrades
-
Perform periodic health checks and create customer Environment Profiles
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (support, professional services, project management) to resolve issues
-
Maintain account health and manage ticket resolution
-
Perform basic health checks across products periodically
Experience & Qualifications:
-
5+ years’ experience in presales, technical account management, professional services, or support engineering
-
Excellent customer service skills with a strong dedication to customer care
-
Self-starter with adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies
-
Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Proficiency in Windows-based server OS (Microsoft Windows Server)

Knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, networking tools, security software, and more
Nice to Have:
-
Arabic speaker
-
SQL, scripting languages, cloud technology, and Linux experience
