About the Role:
As an Account Executive (Arabic-Speaking), you will be at the heart of digital marketing and social media strategy, helping plan, execute, and optimize campaigns for our diverse clients. You’ll work closely with creative, content, and performance teams to ensure seamless execution, innovative storytelling, and strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Content Planning:

Develop engaging content calendars aligned with client objectives.

Collaborate with the creative team to ensure strong visual and messaging alignment.

Plan and execute photo/video shoots, providing clear content references.

Client & Campaign Management:

Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering on expectations.

Serve as the go-to person for updates, approvals, and feedback management.

Assist in performance tracking and analysis, identifying areas for improvement.

Tools & Technology Management:

Utilize platforms like Sprout Social for social media management.

Maintain data storage and tool hygiene on platforms like Dropbox & Google Drive.

Support in campaign reporting, measuring engagement and ROI.

Industry Insights & Trend Analysis:

Stay ahead of social media trends, with expertise in memes, GIFs, and viral content.

Conduct competitive research to ensure clients remain industry leaders.

Who You Are:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
-
2+ years of agency experience in the local market (preferred).

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing.

Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written).
