Job Title: Senior ICSS Engineer – Instrumentation & Control Systems
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior ICSS Engineer to oversee the design, engineering, and implementation of Instrumentation and Control Systems (ICSS) for oil & gas projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in ICSS package design, onshore field instrumentation, and safety systems while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ ICSS & Instrumentation Engineering:

Design and develop Instrumentation & Control Systems (ICSS) for onshore oil & gas fields.

Engineer and integrate Process Control Systems (PCS), Fire & Gas Systems, Safety Shutdown Systems (ESD), Remote Telemetry Units, Gas & Liquid Metering Systems, HIPPS, HVAC, and SMART instruments.

Specify and select field instruments such as transmitters, control valves, shutdown valves, and choke valves.

Ensure compliance with industry standards (API, IEC, ANSI, ISA, ASME, BS, ISO, DNV, Eurocode, etc.).
✔ Project Lifecycle Management:

Support the Lead ICSS Engineer throughout all project phases, from detailed engineering to execution.

Provide technical support and liaise with the Iraq affiliate Engineering Department when required.

Maintain strict confidentiality while adhering to project rules and requirements.
✔ Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance (HSSE):

Ensure adherence to HSSE regulations and uphold the highest safety standards.

Demonstrate exemplary behavior in implementing HSSE policies and procedures.
Key Requirements:
🔹 Education & Expertise: Advanced knowledge in ICSS, Instrumentation, and Control Systems for oil & gas projects.
🔹 Experience: Strong background in ICSS design, engineering, and compliance for onshore projects.
🔹 Industry Standards: Proficiency in API, IEC, ISA, ANSI, ASME, BS, ISO, DNV, and Eurocode.
🔹 Project Phases: Experience handling projects from detailed engineering to implementation.
