Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the people strategy in alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field (MBA preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or generalist HR role within the GCC region.

• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to balance a strategic mindset with hands-on operational involvement.
