KPMG Lower Gulf is seeking a highly skilled Finance Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join its Dubai office. The ideal candidate should be CFA qualified with 7-10 years of experience in budgeting, cash forecasting, financial modeling, and financial planning. The role requires strong proficiency in Excel, excellent communication skills, and a background in a large consulting firm. The candidate should be adaptable, quick to learn, and capable of delivering high-quality financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing recommendations to senior management.

  • Collaborate with teams to enhance budgeting and forecasting processes for accuracy and efficiency.

  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including cash flow projections.

  • Monitor and analyze key financial metrics and KPIs to support business performance.

  • Prepare and present financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to senior stakeholders.

  • Participate in financial audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes for proactive financial insights.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for data analysis on financial projects.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CFA preferred).

  • 7-10 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and cash forecasting.

  • Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis tools).

  • Prior experience in a large consulting firm is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for presenting complex financial data.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Quick learner with a proactive and results-driven mindset.

  • Solid knowledge of financial accounting principles and reporting standards.

  • Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems is an advantage.
