Key Responsibilities:

🎨 Visual & Digital Design

• Create engaging visual content for social media, digital campaigns, and marketing materials.

📱 UI/UX Design

• Develop user-centric designs that balance aesthetics and functionality for a seamless user experience.

📈 Trend Analysis & Innovation

• Stay updated with latest design trends and industry best practices from leading tech companies.

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with program managers, developers, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.

📌 Project Management

• Handle multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

🔄 Feedback & Iteration

• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and user testing insights to refine and improve designs.

Who We Are Looking For:

✅ 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on social media and strategic execution.
✅ Experience in venture capital firms, agencies, or startups.
✅ A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX and digital design projects.
✅ Proficiency in Adobe Graphics Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
✅ Deep understanding of design trends and best practices from top tech companies.
✅ Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts effectively.
✅ Animation experience is a plus.
✅ Ability to thrive in a remote work setting.
