Salary: AED 13,000 – 15,000 (inclusive of fixed allowances)

Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable professional with expertise in FMCG or Distribution? We are looking for a skilled and strategic leader to manage receivables, control credit, and oversee a team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

📊 Receivables & Credit Control Management:

• Oversee the proper and timely accounting of receipts, invoices, and sales/marketing expenses.

• Implement credit control strategies and monitor overdue payments.

• Conduct periodic reviews with the sales team and senior management.

• Ensure clean receivables aging and maintain financial records.

• Prepare MIS reports on sales and marketing expenses.

• Handle monthly closing and financial reconciliation.

👥 Team Leadership & Management:

• Lead and manage a team of accountants.

• Train and develop team members across multiple tasks.

• Ensure team discipline and efficient workflow.

• Build a backup structure within the team for business continuity.

🏢 Subsidiary & Group Entity Management:

• Oversee financial operations of smaller group entities.

• Maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 5+ years of experience in Receivables Management.
✔ Must have experience in FMCG or Distribution industry.
✔ Proficiency in Excel, Orion software, and BI Tools.
✔ Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
✔ Completed CA, CPA, or equivalent qualification is required.
