As the company expands into the Middle Eastern market and sets up its Dubai subsidiary, they are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Project Manager to lead major technology projects, ensuring smooth execution and driving business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, define lifecycles, and establish budgets & implementation schedules.

• Drive project execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables at every stage.

• Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain end-to-end quality.

• Organize milestone reporting and ensure project acceptance aligns with expectations.

• Collaborate with sales, technical teams, and third-party stakeholders for smooth project execution.

• Analyze industry trends from a global perspective and provide strategic solutions for clients.

• Structure and present actionable insights to support business decision-making.

• Maintain a results-driven approach, aligning project goals with client objectives.

• Communicate effectively to build trust and collaboration with clients.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• Experience: 8+ years in project management, preferably handling large-scale technology projects.

• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT & OT security, cybersecurity system design & implementation.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with mainstream cybersecurity technologies and solutions.

• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, project planning, and negotiation skills.

• Languages: Fluent in English & Chinese (Mandarin).

• Preferred Experience: Railway (Metro) project experience is a plus.

• Certifications: PMP, CISSP, or CISM are highly desirable.

• Business Acumen: Ability to align system engineering solutions with business and technical needs.
