Key Responsibilities:

Talent Development & Training: Assist in the implementation and management of talent development programs, including training, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and engagement.

Program Coordination: Ensure that development programs meet both organizational goals and employee needs. Handle logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and materials preparation.

Mentorship & Coaching: Manage mentorship and coaching programs by pairing mentors with mentees and tracking program progress.

Employee Engagement: Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.

Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyze feedback from surveys, providing insights to improve development programs.

Record Management: Maintain accurate records of training activities, employee development plans, and program outcomes.

Resource Accessibility: Ensure that new employees are aware of development resources available to them.

Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, applying new knowledge to improve existing programs and processes.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably within the real estate or related sector.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
