Whiteshield is looking for a Full Stack Developer to create cutting-edge software for key projects and clients. You will be responsible for developing web applications and collaborating across functions to ensure efficient, scalable solutions. The role involves front-end development, API integration, and business logic implementation, with opportunities for both web and native app development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboration: Work with product teams to understand business problems and design innovative technical solutions.

• Code Development: Write clean, scalable code and develop web applications in line with project goals.

• Quality Assurance: Oversee end-to-end quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with tech standards.

• Task Management: Own development tasks, review timelines with scrum managers, and ensure timely delivery of quality code.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with product managers, designers, and business teams to align on solutions and meet requirements.

• Technical Alignment: Collaborate with tech architects to ensure standardization and use of design libraries.

• Iteration & Feedback: Measure software impact and iterate based on real user feedback.

• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the update of tools, tech stacks, and methodologies to enhance development processes.

What You’ll Need To Succeed:

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in web application development and backend services.

• Technical Skills: Expertise in ASP.NET WebAPI/.NET Core, React JavaScript, HTML/CSS/Sass, and SQL databases.

• Agile Experience: Knowledge of Agile Scrum and Scaled Agile environments.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work with product managers, designers, and business analysts to create effective solutions.

• Tools & Practices: Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, DevSecOps/DevTestOps, and collaborative design tools like Invision and Zeplin.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in problem-solving.
