Kantar is seeking a Thought Leadership Manager to enhance the company’s leadership presence and drive strategic initiatives across the Africa and Middle East (AME) regions. This position is critical in developing insightful reports, presentations, and whitepapers to represent Kantar at key industry events, while fostering growth in these regions. The role will focus on FMCG trends, consumer behavior, and emerging market dynamics, providing an opportunity for growth in the thought leadership space.
Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy: Develop impactful content, including reports, whitepapers, and presentations, to align with AME’s strategic goals.

Market Trends & Insights: Use Worldpanel data to keep content current and impactful, ensuring thought leadership materials address emerging market trends.

Collaboration: Partner with client service teams to integrate thought leadership into proposals and business development opportunities.

Business Impact: Contribute to business growth by creating high-impact content that drives client engagement and revenue opportunities.

Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure content relevance and value.

Team Development: Mentor junior staff and ensure content aligns with Kantar’s broader strategy and business objectives.
