Job Title: Software Technical Support Specialist – Dubai

Job Description:

We are looking for a Software Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai. This role will serve as the primary technical support contact for our key accounts, troubleshooting platform issues, testing new features, and optimizing solutions.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong problem-solving, communication, and technical skills. If you are passionate about IT support, software troubleshooting, and customer success, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary technical support contact for clients via email, phone, and chat.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our platform.

  • Conduct functional and non-regression testing for upcoming features.

  • Document recurring issues, propose optimizations, and improve resolution workflows.

  • Work closely with the Head of IT to ensure customer satisfaction and system efficiency.

  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and technical support best practices.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Digital Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

  • 6+ months of experience in IT customer support, QA testing, or technical troubleshooting.

  • Experience with Zendesk Ticketing System is a plus but not mandatory.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, macros, formulas).

  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript and MS Power BI is a plus.

  • Familiarity with software troubleshooting, QA testing, and digital transformation tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.

  • Confidence in handling client interactions via phone and email.

  • Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.

Languages:

  • Fluent English (required).

  • Arabic and/or French (preferred but not mandatory).
