We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Social Media Executive to join our team and work with a prestigious government sector client. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping and managing the client’s online presence. Key Responsibilities:

• Actively manage the client’s social media pages by responding to fans, moderating discussions, and engaging with users.
• Enhance the client’s public image and visibility through various social media platforms.
• Act as a liaison to ensure smooth communication between the client and their audience, addressing customer inquiries and feedback effectively.
• Perform additional tasks such as listening, monitoring, and proactive engagement based on client needs.
• Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to improve the client’s digital presence.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic (essential).
• Ideally, a background in marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in Community Management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits:

• Monthly salary of AED 13,000 (potential for increase after probation period).
• Single benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
