Job Title: Junior System Analyst – IT Solutions & Risk Management

About the Role:

We are seeking a Junior System Analyst to support IT projects, risk management systems, and regulatory compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in software development, ETL processes, and database management. You will collaborate with business users, vendors, and stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and provide system support.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
🔹 Software Development & Support: Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot applications using SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and ETL tools like SSIS.
🔹 Project Coordination: Assist in project execution, manage deliverables with vendors, and track customer issues for timely resolution.
🔹 Technical Documentation: Prepare functional and technical specifications for implementation.
🔹 Risk Systems & Compliance: Support IT solutions related to risk management, including IFRS9 reporting, Early Warning Systems, and Credit Origination Systems.
🔹 Production Support: Provide first-line and second-line support for assigned applications, ensuring system stability and troubleshooting critical issues.
🔹 Security & Compliance: Ensure all IT applications adhere to architecture and security standards.
🔹 Process Improvement: Recommend technical solutions to enhance system performance and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
✔ 1–3 years of experience in software development, IT support, and data analysis.
✔ Proficiency in ETL tools (SSIS) and experience in SQL queries & procedures.
✔ Experience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
✔ Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
✔ Familiarity with risk management systems is a plus.
✔ Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with vendors and stakeholders.
✔ Availability to join within one month.
