Job Description:

A leading FM Service Provider in Dubai is seeking a Bid Manager to drive business growth and secure profitable contracts in the MENA region. The role involves developing bid strategies, analyzing market trends, and crafting winning proposals aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement bid strategies for securing FM contracts.

• Analyze market trends and economic factors affecting the FM industry.

• Interpret contracts, KPIs, and SLAs to develop strong bid proposals.

• Convert tender opportunities into profitable operational solutions.

• Lead and collaborate with Work Winning teams to identify and develop winning themes.

Requirements:

• Professionally recognized FM qualification (e.g., BIFM).

• Proven expertise in bid writing and proposal development.

• Strong technical and commercial awareness in the FM industry.

• Experience in both Hard & Soft FM services.

• MENA experience preferred.

• Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
