Job Title: Resort General Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Resort General Manager to lead the daily operations of a prestigious luxury resort in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will oversee all departments, ensuring seamless operations, exceptional guest experiences, financial growth, and operational excellence. This leadership role requires a strong background in hospitality management, strategic planning, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
🏨 Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day resort operations, ensuring high-quality service across all departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, etc.).

Implement policies and procedures to maintain brand standards and maximize guest satisfaction.

Monitor guest feedback, service quality, and efficiency to drive continuous improvement.
👨💼 Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and manage department heads and staff to foster a strong service-oriented culture.

Conduct performance evaluations, training programs, and team development initiatives.

Ensure optimal staffing levels and manage recruitment for key positions.
💰 Financial & Revenue Management

Develop and manage operational budgets, revenue forecasts, and cost-control strategies.

Oversee pricing, booking systems, and promotional strategies to drive revenue and maximize occupancy.

Monitor profitability, financial reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
🌟 Guest Experience & Satisfaction

Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing guest concerns and enhancing overall experience.

Monitor online reputation and guest feedback to continuously improve service.

Qualifications & Requirements
✔ Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
✔ Experience:

3-5+ years of hotel/resort management experience, with at least 2-3 years in a senior leadership role.

Strong background in managing multi-department operations, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.

Proven success in driving revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and revenue management.
