Job Title: Real Estate Administrative Coordinator
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Administrative Coordinator to manage and streamline administrative operations within our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the UAE real estate sector and possess strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate key administrative tasks to support real estate professionals.
- Draft and handle legal documents such as Forms A, B, F, Addendums, Contracts, NDAs, and MOUs.
- Utilize Trakheesi, Dubai Rest, Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle for listings and verification.
- Prepare tenancy and leasing agreements, rent and sales contracts, and undertaking letters.
- Maintain up-to-date property records using CRM systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and PRO requirements.
- Assist in handling property details, marketing materials, and administrative support tasks.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining accuracy.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of administrative experience in the UAE real estate industry.
- Proficient in MS Office, Adobe tools, and CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive under pressure.
- A team player who can also work independently when required.
