Role Overview:
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee store operations, implement sales strategies, and maintain brand standards to achieve revenue and customer engagement goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Sales Performance:
- Lead by example, representing the brand’s values and philosophy in all interactions.
- Develop and execute store action plans to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage and grow the customer database, fostering strong relationships with VIP customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Conduct quarterly SWOT analyses and share insights with the team and management.
- Drive omnichannel retail by integrating in-store and online sales strategies.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Provide a clear vision for the store’s direction and objectives.
- Recruit, train, and develop a strong, customer-focused team.
- Foster a positive work environment based on trust, respect, and open communication.
- Act as a mentor and coach, supporting employee development through training and performance monitoring.
- Implement performance improvement plans where necessary.
Customer Experience & Clienteling:
- Promote an omnichannel mindset, ensuring seamless customer experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Use clienteling techniques to build and maintain VIP customer relationships.
- Drive customer engagement through networking and personalized service strategies.
- Enhance the in-store experience through innovative activations and brand initiatives.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Manage e-commerce order fulfillment within set SLAs for timely and quality service.
- Utilize technology tools (Clienteling apps, OMS, WhatsApp Business) to enhance customer engagement.
- Oversee stock replenishment and visual merchandising according to brand guidelines.
- Analyze store traffic and ensure optimal floor coverage during peak hours.
- Ensure legal, safety, security, and HR policies are adhered to and escalate concerns when needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within fashion retail.
- Strong ability to drive sales, manage teams, and enhance customer experience.
- Understanding of omnichannel retail strategies and digital integration.
- Currently based in the UAE.
