Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Landscape Architect to join a leading Design Consultancy in Dubai. This role involves overseeing landscape architecture projects from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence, project efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Leadership: Develop innovative landscape design concepts and provide creative direction to the team.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships, attend meetings, and present design concepts.
• Business Development: Assist in bid proposals and contribute to company growth initiatives.
• Technical Compliance: Ensure adherence to local regulations and industry best practices.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a creative work environment.
• Financial Control: Monitor project budgets and report progress to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
• 7+ years of experience in landscape architecture, with a proven track record in project management.
• Strong conceptual design and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, and other design software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Knowledge of Middle East regulations and industry best practices is preferred.

• Experience working on high-profile projects in the Middle East.
• Professional registration with a recognized architectural body.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.
