Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager – Fire Protection Systems

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join a leading provider of advanced fire protection solutions based in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the business by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying potential clients, and promoting fire protection systems in the region.

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers to ensure product approval in tenders. You will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with Abu Dhabi Civil Defence (ADCD) regulations. Additionally, you will maintain accurate sales records, generate reports, and track payments to ensure timely collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to identify potential clients and promote fire protection systems in Abu Dhabi.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers to ensure the approval of products in tenders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, ensuring compliance with ADCD regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor and track sales performance, ensuring accurate reporting and timely collections.
• Provide sales reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent pre-and post-sales support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in Abu Dhabi and 5-7 years of total experience in the UAE within the fire protection industry.
• Strong knowledge of Fire Protection & Detection systems, ADCD regulations, and NFPA standards.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license.

Salary:
AED 12,000 to AED 14,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances), plus commissions, company car, fuel, and Salik allowance.
