Job Title: Autoline Expert

We are seeking an experienced Autoline Expert to join our team. This role requires someone with in-depth expertise in module-level operations, troubleshooting, report development, and system validation across finance, logistics, POS, and reporting modules. You will be responsible for handling month-end and year-end processes, resolving cross-functional issues, leading process improvements, and ensuring the smooth functioning of Autoline systems. You will also validate dashboards using QlikView and Power BI while focusing on data accuracy and system configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Module Expertise:

• Perform daily verification of the Nominal Ledger, report validation, issue fixing, and manage month/year-end closing processes.
• Resolve errors in Sales Ledger & Purchase Ledger and manage associated closing processes.
• Check VAT compliance, perform reconciliations, and correct errors.
• Validate, adjust, and close Asset Register & Accruals on a monthly/yearly basis.
• Develop and amend Management Accounts reports, fix errors, perform reconciliations, and manage JV uploads and database copy/validation.

Reporting, Printing, and Analytics:

• Develop and validate financial and operational reports across all Autoline modules.
• Manage and maintain dashboards using QlikView and Power BI, ensuring accurate data mapping and reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in cost center mapping and BI platforms.
• Configure, format, and troubleshoot Autoline Forms & Format Stationery.
• Optimize printing processes and resolve errors in Print Manager & Spooler.

POS and Purchase Control Systems:

• Fix errors, set up posting tables, and validate the POS module.
• Handle operational issues and validate processes in Purchase Control Systems.

Logistics and Inventory Management:

• Resolve issues in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and validate processes.
• Support audits, fix errors, and generate FIFO aging reports for Stock Management.
• Manage VM Module activities, including posting table setup and month/year-end closing.

System Monitoring and Scheduling:

• Monitor Agent Scheduler and Agent Log for error detection and resolution.
• Perform database operations, including copying, validation, and maintenance across environments.

Salary:
AED 23,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Autoline modules and system validation.
• Strong expertise in finance, logistics, POS, and reporting modules.
• Proficient in report development, data reconciliation, and dashboard management (QlikView and Power BI).
• In-depth understanding of VAT compliance, asset management, stock management, and purchase control.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
