Exciting Opportunity for an Interior & Joinery CAD Draughtsman in Dubai!

Our Tier 1 Main Contracting Client is looking for multiple Interior & Joinery CAD Draughtsmen to join their team in Dubai for high-profile mall and retail projects. If you have strong expertise in joinery detailing and interior CAD drafting, and prior experience in main contracting companies, this is your chance to work on prestigious projects. This is a 3-6 month contract role, with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site measurements and develop concept layout plans for client approval.

• Prepare detailed technical drawings for interior and joinery execution.

• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM), DCD, JAFZA, DDA, TRAKHEES, NAKHEEL, and DEWA regulations.

• Assist the Design Department with site measurements and develop as-built drawings (DWG format).

• Obtain client approvals on drawings, material samples, and MEP designs.

• Prepare and submit permit documentation for project execution.

• Update project teams on submission progress and required documentation.

• Coordinate with Operations Department for site marking activities.

• Prepare final inspection documentation and submit project completion reports.

• Maintain and hand over complete project documentation and BOQ samples to clients and authorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Interior CAD Drafting & Joinery Detailing.

• Prior experience in Main Contracting Companies is required.

• Strong technical skills in joinery, detailing, and interior fit-out designs.

• Experience working on mall and retail projects is highly preferred.
