Job Description:

Joban Transport LLC, a leading transportation and logistics company, is looking for a motivated Office Assistant to support daily operations. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, maintain records, and coordinate transportation logistics. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to grow in the logistics and transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain and update daily work records and reports.

  • Assist with document preparation and basic data entry.

  • Support coordination between dispatchers, drivers, and customers.

  • Manage office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Logistics & Coordination:

  • Plan and execute efficient transport routes for goods and passengers.

  • Ensure timely and safe delivery while following company guidelines.

  • Monitor and maintain compliance with industry regulations.

  • Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and customers for seamless operations.

General Office Duties:

  • Assist in basic Microsoft Office tasks (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Maintain organized records and documentation.

  • Support management in logistical planning and problem-solving.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

✔ 0-1 years of experience in an office support or logistics role.
Male candidates preferred for operational requirements.
✔ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
✔ Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
✔ Knowledge of transportation regulations (DOT) and logistics coordination is a plus.
